Ryan and Shae Duffy are two of the hardest working people you will ever meet. After moving the the Ozarks in 2016 and changing careers, they have built a highly successful real estate business that has over $30 million in sales, multiple land development projects, subdivision creation, home building and property management. They believe in responsible design that uplifts communities and provides for the best use of the land in growing areas. With ownership of a construction company, real estate brokerage and a property management company, the Duffy’s have hands-on experience with the nuts and bolts of real estate deals, land development, building homes from the ground up, remodeling, furnishing and setting up nightly rentals.
The couple lives just south of Branson in Omaha, AR. They have three children and enjoy spending time on Table Rock Lake. When it’s too cold for the lake, you will catch them ATV riding or hiking in the Ozark Mountains. The family loves attending First Baptist Church in Branson and consider themselves blessed to live and do business in both Missouri and Arkansas.
